ANYONE CAN TEACH

New Earth School PDX is built on a simple truth. Everyone knows something worth teaching.

You do not need credentials or certifications to teach here. If you have a skill, practice, craft, or lived experience you want to share, you are already qualified.

Our teachers are artists, makers, healers, builders, thinkers, creatives, and everyday humans with real world knowledge. Classes range from creative and practical skills to movement, healing, storytelling, systems thinking, and community building.

Teaching at New Earth School PDX means you show up as yourself, share what you know, and learn as much as you teach.

We run weekly skillshare sessions during the spring semester. Teachers propose a class or workshop and we build the schedule collaboratively based on community interest.

Teachers who offer a class can take up to three classes at no cost during the same period.

This space is for people who love sharing, believe in community led learning, and want to help build the New Earth in real life.

SEEKING TEACHERS

New Earth School PDX is currently seeking teachers for our Spring 2026 semester.

Classes take place on Tuesdays starting March 24 and run for six weeks. Each night includes three one hour classes, plus a thirty minute community break for organizing, networking, and connecting with one another.

We are inviting teachers to offer anything they feel passionate about and would love to share or workshop with others. Classes can be a single session or a six week series.

All classes are in person at Bridge Space, located at
133 SE Madison St
Portland, OR 97214

Classes are ten dollars for participants who are not teaching. Once the nightly rent of two hundred twenty five dollars is covered, all remaining funds are shared back with the teachers.

We are hosting a Teacher Open House on Thursday, February 19 to tour the space, meet each other, and choose classrooms.

If you have something you are excited to share, we want you here. This is an open invitation to bring your gifts into community and help shape the Spring 2026 semester together.
